Privacy — exactly what we store

Short version: we store the minimum needed to run your account, payments run entirely on Stripe, and we never sell your data.

What we store

• Your email — it's your login (no password) and where receipts go.
• Your balance — free checks used today, Heat Check tokens, and subscription status.
• Your saved analyses — the breakdowns you choose to save (auto-expire after 5 days).
• Support messages — if you contact support in-app.

What we never see

Card numbers. Checkout happens on Stripe's servers (the same processor used by millions of businesses); Heater only receives a confirmation that a payment succeeded — never your card details.

What we never do

Sell your data, share it with advertisers, or email you beyond receipts and service messages. Cancel your subscription anytime; your data stays yours.
